    "Star Wars" is causing a great disturbance in the toy aisles. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT), Target Corp. (TGT) and other retailers have loaded up on plastic lightsabers, robotic Yodas and other toys tied to the coming movie, crowding out shelf space and inventory dollars elsewhere in the toy section. The big bets are pushing orders for toy makers such as Mattel Inc. (MAT) closer to the holidays and squeezing some smaller competitors in the $22 billion U.S. toy industry.

    Iconix Brand Group Inc. (ICON) shares plummeted late Thursday after the owner of brands such as London Fog, Peanuts, and Ed Hardy cut its outlook and said it would have to restate financial results for the last seven quarters. Iconix shares dropped 58% to $6.75. The company said it sees adjusted earnings of $1.55 to $1.60 a share for the year, down from its previous $2.24 to $2.39 a share, and adjusted earnings of 33 cents a share for the third quarter.
