Coca-Cola HBC AG (CCHBF) and its existing customers in Russia are "in the process of depleting stock," Coca-Cola Co (KO) said in a statement. Once the company's stock is depleted, Coca-Cola HBC (CCHBF) will "no longer produce or sell Coca-Cola or other brands of the Coca-Cola Company (KO) in Russia," Coca-Cola said. Atlanta-based Coca-Cola owns about 23% of Switzerland-based Coca-Cola HBC (CCHBF), according to Refinitiv's Eikon.

Coca-Cola Co (KO) said on Tuesday it had delayed the plans of an estimated $3 billion initial public offering of its African bottling unit to 2023 due to turbulence in the market. The flotation of the division, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, would be the biggest on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange since at least 2016 and a major boost for the flagging index.
