The Annual General Meeting of Norsk Hydro ASA (NHYKF) resolved on May 10, 2022, to elect Kristin Fejerskov Kragseth, Petra Einarsson and Philip Graham New as new members of the Board of Directors of Norsk Hydro ASA (NHYKF), and to re-elect Dag Mejdell, Marianne Wiinholt, Rune Bjerke and Peter Kukielski for a period of up to two years.

Norsk Hydro ASA (NHYKF) has on April 27, 2022, signed a USD 1,300 million short-term revolving multi-currency credit facility. The facility, which is available for general corporate purposes carries a 12-month maturity with two sixth-month extension options at Hydro’s discretion. BNP Paribas, Danske Bank and DNB acted as coordinating mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners on the transaction.
