BOULDER, Colo., March 21, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Meati, the startup creating a new category of whole-cut, whole-food alternative meats, today at 12:00 p.m. EST launches its first national consumer offerings: the Meati Classic Cutlet and Meati Crispy Cutlet - with Meati Steak Filet available later this spring. All cuts are made of Meati mycelium, a superfood protein similar to the root structure of mushrooms, delivering exceptional nutritional benefits in a low-calorie, whole food.

Meati’s official market debut marks the largest step to date in the company’s mission to deliver scalable, high-quality and minimally processed nutrition while using a fraction of the ingredients, water and land used in other animal-free meats.
