SNAPSHOT-India stocks, rupee, swaps, call at 1300 IST

MUMBAI, Nov 30 (Reuters) - STOCKS: The benchmark BSE Sensex rose 95.12 points, or 0.15%, to 62,776.96, while the broader NSE index gained 33.15 points, or 0.18%, to 18,651.2, as investors awaited the gross domestic product data and the U.S. Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell's speech due later in the day. RUPEE: The Indian rupee strengthened 0.10% versus the U.S. dollar and quoted at 81.56 per dollar on positive Asian cues ahead of the U.S. data and the Fed Chair's speech. GOVERNMENT BONDS: Benchmark 10-year bond was quoted at 99.80 rupees, with yield up 1 bps at 7.2864% vs previous close of 7.2791%, as traders await growth data. OVERNIGHT INDEXED SWAPS: The one-year overnight indexed swap rate was up 1 bps at 6.68%, while the benchmark five-year swap rate rose 3 bps to 6.33%. CALL MONEY/REPOS: India's overnight call money rate was down 20 bps at 5.80% against 6.00% in the previous session. The overnight TREPS rate was at 5.64% compared with the previous day's weighted average of 5.7284%. (Reporting by Dharamraj Dhutia)
