SNAPSHOT-India stocks, rupee, swaps, call at 10 a.m. IST

MUMBAI, Jan 25 (Reuters) - STOCKS: The benchmark BSE Sensex fell 346.75 points, or 0.57%, to 60,632, while the broader NSE index lost 101.35 points, or 0.56%, to 18,016.95, on weak economic data from the United States that hinted at a possible recession and downbeat growth outlook from companies. RUPEE: The Indian rupee strengthened 0.25% to 81.53 per dollar, as the greenback remained muted and Treasury yields declined. GOVERNMENT BONDS: Benchmark 10-year bond was quoted at 99.46 rupees, with yield down 1 bps at 7.3384%, as traders awaited auction of the country's first-ever sovereign green bonds later in the day. OVERNIGHT INDEXED SWAPS: The one-year overnight indexed swap rate was unchanged at 6.64%, while the benchmark five-year swap rate fell 1 bps to 6.12%. CALL MONEY/REPOS: India's overnight call money rate was up 5 bps at 6.50% against 6.45% in the previous session. The overnight TREPS rate was at 6.47%, compared with the previous day's weighted average of 6.4779%. (Reporting by Anushka Trivedi)
