Russia's Putin says manufacturing sector still sluggish

MOSCOW, March 29 (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that the country's manufacturing sector was still sluggish, warning that sanctions could have a negative impact on the economy in the medium term. (Reporting by Reuters)
